A mechanical contractor with its headquarters in Woodinville, Washington has settled a wrongful death case filed against it.  W.A. Botting Company has agreed to pay $4,000,000 to settle a wrongful death case filed in King County Superior Court.  The case arises out of a 2007 traffic accident that claimed the life of Sandy Johnson, 41.  The accident occurred when an employee of W.A. Pedestrian Hit and Killed by Car in Rochester l Seattle Accident Attorney

The Seattle P-I reported that a 35 year old man from Olympia died after he was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street.  The accident occurred in Rochester, Washington, a small town about 23 miles south of Olympia.
