Michelle Obama announced yesterday that medical schools will increase training of doctors and researchers of traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress disorder. This new agreement is in relation to “Joining Forces” which encourages society’s support of military personnel and their families. Eating Unhealthy Junk Food Can Lead to Brain Injury

New research indicates that after humans maintain a high-fat diet, they begin to show injuries in their brain. By continuously eating that unhealthy junk, the hypothalamus in the brain will show evidence of serious inflammation and structural damage. This is the area of the brain that regulates weight.
