I recently announced that my new book on wrongful death claims was just published. I’m pleased to say that my book has received some very favorable reviews from other lawyers across the country and in Canada:
“Although I practice law in Florida, I have relatives who live in Seattle. So I’m familiar with Washington’s complicated wrongful [...]
The Wall Street Journal recently reported about the alarming rate of death and injury caused by medication errors. The article states that according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), at least one person dies each day and more than 1.3 million are injured each year due to mistakes with prescribing dangerous medication.

You’ve been injured in an accident. The accident was caused by someone else, so you have a claim against that person’s insurance company.
The full extent of your injuries may not be obvious immediately after an accident. Some people may feel that they did not sustain a serious injury, only to discover weeks or months later [...]
Statistically, most cases settle voluntarily, and without having to go to trial. Trials take time, are expensive and take a lot of work. They can also produce unexpected outcomes. During the story, it showed some of the site’s TV and [...]

Coleman, the manufacturer of portable heaters, is being sued over an alleged defective heater that was sold to the family of a 11 year old boy. Trial begins next week in an Orange County California courthouse.
I previously wrote about this tragic case earlier this year. Apparently, Coleman has formally denied that its heater was defective. A [...]
